PROCESS MONITORING

Validated near-real time MINICAMS® process monitoring methods for all chemical warfare agents, many chemical agent simulant compounds and toxic industrial compounds. Process monitoring consists of vapor dissemination referee monitoring and confirming the actual analyte concentration the test item was exposed to.

Process monitoring methods include:

  • Low Volume Sampler (High Vapor Concentrations)
  • Direct Low Volume Sampling via short sampling cycles and low flow rate
  • Stream Selection for multiple test items
  • Permeation testing

Certified near-real time safety air monitoring methods for Chemical Warfare Agents GA, GB, GD, GF, HD, HN-1, HN-3, Lewisite, and VX. Our methods cover the General Population Limit (GPL), Worker Population Limit (WPL), and the Short Term Exposure Limit (STEL).

Review test plan documentation, make recommendations to improve quality, observe test execution, and report the effectiveness of the test. Thereby, providing confidence and validation of the test results to the customer.

METHOD DEVELOPMENT

We have 20+ years developing near-real time methods for MINICAMS® safety air monitoring (WPL and GPL) and process monitoring for a variety of chemical warfare agent, simulants, and toxic industrial compounds (TICs).


DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTS

Safety and Process Monitoring data can be archived to a centrally located server for easy access to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This will facilitate the production of data packages, reports and QC audits.


NETWORK SETUP

Cost effective network solutions for the set up of multiple MINICAMS® on any network. Streaming data can be converted from RS-232 to Ethernet to allow users to view data real-time from any workstation on the network. The amount of MINICAMS® that can be viewed by one workstation is virtually limitless.
